It is the only Edinburgh conference centre within minutes of central train and bus stations and offers subsidised indoor parking. The venue is just 25 minutes from Edinburgh Airport.

All conference rooms have air-conditioning, natural light and internet access. The Edinburgh Conference Venue has the very latest in conference technology and we offer a full range of technical equipment and support. In addition to almost 100 computer stations that can be hired, we offer ‘Walltalkers’ which can turn a whole wall into a combined projector screen and whiteboard. Our technical support is second to none and we provide one hour of free technical support to get you up and running smoothly.

Our catering includes buffets and light bites, right through to full three-course meals. We were assessed by the MIA (Meetings Industry Association) against a set of common quality standards as agreed by the MIA and endorsed by the HBAA and more than 35 UK business tourism destinations.

Each application is assessed by the mia and as a successful venues we are then entitled to use the ‘AIM Assurance of Excellence’ brand.
