Updated Terms and Conditions.
We have reviewed and updated our terms and conditions. These new Terms and Conditions will apply to all booking forms issued from Friday 18th August 2017. The existing Terms and Conditions Version 5.1 will apply to bookings forms issued before that date. These are links to the OLD and NEW Terms and Conditions.
Here are details of the changes we’ve made
2. Bookings and Amendments
We have added a new sentence to Clause 2 so that client’s paying in advance do not need to sign the booking form.
4. Cancellation Policy
We amended clause 4 to extend the periods when cancellation fees become payable, however we believe that our Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms still compare favourably with the industry norms.
5. Access to the Centre
We have made it clearer that the Venue can be accessed 24/7/365, by prior arrangement.
12. Data Protection and Confidentiality
We have simplified clause 12 and taken into account the changes being made to Data Protection laws in 2018. We have also stated that we may record telephone conversations for Training and Quality purposes.
