On arrival, you will be warmly greeted and guided to where you need to be, whether it’s the coffee lounge, the restaurant or straight to your meeting room. Once assembled, we will give you a short briefing on facilities and safety procedures, so that everybody gets off to a great start.

Perfect location and good accessibility

Conveniently located in the city centre, only a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station, easily accessible by road and only 25 minutes from the Edinburgh Airport.

If you are arriving by car, there are three multi-storey car parks just a few minutes walk from Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue. We have a concessionary rate at the St John’s Hill NCP car park; to get a 10% discount you just need to get your parking ticket validated by our receptionist. Access to this car park is in 2 Viewcraig Gardens, Edinburgh EH8 9UQ.

Disabled access

Disabled access is available throughout the Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue. If there is anything you would like to check, just give us a call.

Free WiFi

There is free WiFi throughout the venue, so you can access the Internet from your laptop in your training room. Or you can catch up your emails while relaxing in the coffee lounge, where you can indulge yourself with fresh coffee and homemade cake.

From a selection of salads, baguettes and baked potatoes to three course meals with a choice of delicious desserts, everyday you will find something new to enjoy.
