Conveniently located in Edinburgh City Centre, our conference centre is easily accessible by train, car and bus. We’re only minutes from the Edinburgh Waverley Train Station and a short transfer by the Airlink 100 express bus from the Edinburgh Airport. Our postcode is EH1 1SU.

Flexible conference rooms
All our rooms benefit from natural light, air conditioning, free WiFi and come equipped with the latest presentation technology. Each conference room can be tailored to your requirements, to ensure your delegates are comfortable and can see the speakers and screen clearly. Water coolers and sweets, coffee, refreshments and catering are also available on site.
As well as large conference suites we also have dedicated syndicate rooms and refreshment areas, allowing your attendees to benefit from a more intimate environment to connect and entertain. If your conference requires exhibition or stand space within the venue, just let us know. We can store banners, equipment and materials until after the event when we’ll have them ready for collection.

We can supply all equipment you need for your conference, including Pa Systems, LCD TV screens, data projectors, video conferencing facilities and laptops. All technical equipment you require will be set-up in advance and checked before the doors open, to ensure the smooth running of your event.
You’ll have access to the conference centre before your event to check that everything is perfectly set up and ready to go, and more importantly, our on site technical support team are always on hand to ensure the smooth running of your conference. We will give you all the assistance you need throughout your event, from greeting, registering your delegates, to suggesting accommodation and booking taxis. From a selection of salads, baguettes and baked potatoes to three course meals with a choice of delicious desserts, our menus provide balanced meals to ensure your delegates enjoy a variety of fresh food throughout their time with us. We cater for special dietary requirements, just let us know your requirements and we’ll happily cater for them.
