Video conference

We have state of the art video conference facilities and our own information technology team on hand to configure the equipment and give you assistance, which ensures a successful video conference. Our video conferencing equipment is easy to use and our facilities are available 24/7.

Conference rooms

Our conference rooms can accommodate up to 200 people and can be set up to your specific requirements.Your conference can be tailored to suit technical specifications, budgets and individual needs and our experienced staff are on hand to help with all event management enquires. Our conference facilities also include exhibition or stand space.

Syndicate / breakout rooms

We have several small rooms that are ideal for brainstorming sessions, role plays, small meetings or interviews. All these rooms have natural daylight and can also be used for coffee or lunch breaks as we provide flexible catering from bespoke buffet lunches to light bites.

Restaurant and coffee lounge

Our customers say that the food can make all the difference to the success of an event, so we strive to provide high standard of cuisine in our catering services. All dishes are homemade and freshly prepared onsite by our talented chef Sam. There is a range of in-room catering and refreshment options as well as breakfast and lunch meals available in our self-service restaurant. If you have any special requirements we will work with you to ensure that the menu meets the needs of your guests.

The second floor coffee lounge is at the heart of our venue and provides your delegates with a welcoming and comfortable environment to enjoy during their event. A typical event will see your delegates greeted in reception and then directed into the lounge, where they can receive their arrival tea or coffee. Delegates are welcome to use our free WiFi and the internet cafe or just sit back and relax.
